How does it work?

The loyalty program rewards registered customers for repeat purchases. We track the total value of all your completed and paid orders. Once you reach a certain level, we automatically assign you a corresponding discount that is applied to every subsequent purchase.

Loyalty program levels

  • Bronze 🥉

    For total purchases over CZK 10,000, you will receive a 3% discount

  • Silver 🥈

    For total purchases over CZK 20,000, you will receive a 5% discount

  • Gold 🥇

    For total purchases over CZK 30,000, you will receive a 10% discount

Who is the program intended for?

  • The loyalty program is intended exclusively for registered end customers .

    It does not apply to customers who already benefit from preferential conditions with us - for example, beauticians, industry experts or partners with an individual price list. If you have a professional account, these discounts cannot be combined.

How to use the loyalty program

  • Open the menu

    Click on the "Rewards" button, on a mobile device just the gift icon.

  • How to spend points

    Go to the option that says "How to spend points".
