Why yeast is important for us: Yeast synthesises some biologically active substances that are essential for our organism. These are in a better utilised form than synthetic products (conventionally produced food supplements) and have an optimal ratio of active ingredients.

Biomass can also be used by children from the age of three, or even from the age of two - yeast absorbs a high amount of beta-glucans, which help children's natural immunity.
